Simple2Connect provides AI-powered phone automation services, including call routing, automated responses, call analytics, and CRM integration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and using our services in accordance with these terms and our acceptable use policy.
Data Processing
By using our services, you authorize us to process call data and customer information as necessary to provide our services. You retain ownership of your data and may request its deletion at any time.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will receive a final invoice and have 30 days to export your data.
